When You Need to Assign a Seat
You need to assign a seat when you want to:

Give someone access to paid features included in your plan within your owned reviews
Note: refer to the Pricing Page to see what features are included in your plan

Add a user as a Paid Collaborator to have broader permissions in your review such as:
Import articles
Export articles
Detect and Resolve duplicates
Data Extraction Access and more
How Seats Are Assigned
Seats are assigned automatically during the invitation process.
Steps:
Open the review you own
Click Invite member
Enter the user's email address
Select Collaborator as the role
If no seat is available, you’ll be prompted to purchase one
Complete the purchase
The seat is assigned to that collaborator
Once assigned, the collaborator has access to premium features included in your plan limited to the reviews they get invited to.
Managing Seats
Seats are tied to named users
Seats can be reassigned by removing a collaborator and inviting another user
Seats only apply to reviews owned by the subscription holder

Important Notes About Seats
Free Reviewers and Free Viewers do not require seats
Assigning a Paid Collaborator without an available seat will trigger a purchase prompt
Seats do not transfer paid access to reviews owned by others
