To stop future charges, you must cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and all premium features included in your plan will remain available during this period.
For details on what happens after cancellation (Teams reviews, active review limits, etc.), please refer to:
FAQ: What Happens After I Cancel My Subscription?
Except as outlined in the Terms of Service, membership payments are non-refundable, and Rayyan does not provide credits for partially used periods.
How to Cancel Your Membership (Web Subscriptions)
1. Sign in to your Rayyan account.
2. Click your profile icon (top right) and select “Manage Membership.”
This will open your membership portal.
3. In the left menu, select “Subscriptions.”
4. Click on your active subscription.
5. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot (⋯) “More Options” and choose “Cancel Subscription.”
6. Confirm by selecting “Cancel at End-of-Term.”
Your renewal will be turned off, and the plan will remain active until your current billing cycle ends.
If You Subscribed Through the Mobile App
If you purchased your membership via the Rayyan mobile app, your subscription is managed directly by the app store provider.
This means cancellation must be completed through:
Apple App Store (iOS)
Google Play Store (Android)
Rayyan Support cannot cancel, refund, or modify mobile app subscriptions.
Make sure you are signed in using the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
