Accessing Your Paid Invoices on Rayyan

This article will guide you on how to access your paid invoices for Rayyan subscriptions. Whether you subscribed via the Rayyan website or through the mobile app, you can easily view and download your invoices following the steps below.

For Web Subscriptions

If you subscribed to Rayyan through our website, you can access your subscription details and invoices directly from the Membership Portal.

Steps:

1. Log in to Your Rayyan Account:

   • Visit the Rayyan website and log in with your credentials.

2. Access Your Profile:

   • Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the interface.

3. Select "Manage Membership":

   • In the drop-down menu that appears, click on Manage Membership. This action will redirect you to the Membership Portal in a new window.
     

4. Navigate to Invoices:

   • On the left side of your screen in the Membership Portal, you will find a menu. Click on Invoices.  
     

   • In the Invoices section, you’ll see two options: Outstanding Invoices and All Invoices. Outstanding Invoices shows any unpaid invoices, while All Invoices provides a complete history of both paid and unpaid invoices. Click on All Invoices to view your full invoice history.

      
     
     
     

   • From here, you can select an invoice to view, forward, print, or download.

      
     

For Mobile App Subscriptions (iOS or Android)

If you subscribed to Rayyan through the mobile app on either iOS or Android, you can access your invoices through your respective App Store account.

Steps:

1. Access Your App Store Account:

   • Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on your mobile device.
   • Log in with the account you used to subscribe to Rayyan.

2. View Purchase History:

   • Navigate to your account settings within the App Store or Google Play.
   • Look for Purchase History or a similar option where you can view all your app purchases.

3. Access Invoices:

   • From your purchase history, you can view and download the invoices related to your Rayyan subscription.
