How to Purchase a Premium Membership?

Step 1: Create a Free Rayyan Account
Before purchasing a membership, you’ll need to create a free Rayyan account. Once your account is set up, log in to continue. For detailed instructions, refer to this guide.

Step 2: Access the Upgrade Page

• Click Upgrade under your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
• Alternatively, visit https://www.rayyan.ai/pricing/ directly.

Step 3: Choose Your Subscription Plan
Select a subscription plan that meets your needs. Rayyan offers both Individual and Teams Plans:

• Individual Plan: Ideal for solo users.
• Teams Plan: Starts with 2 members (license includes the owner and one additional member). You can add more members based on your requirements.

Step 4: Verify Your Order Information

• Ensure your account details are correct, including your first and last name, as they are required for invoice generation.
• Double-check the email address associated with your account, as it will link the subscription to your Rayyan account.
• Click Next to proceed.

  Subscriptions are auto-renewed by default to ensure uninterrupted service. To cancel auto-renewal, refer to this guide.

Step 5: Enter Payment Information and Complete Payment

• Add your credit card details and billing address.

  Note: For individual licenses, payments are accepted via credit or debit cards only.

• Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Click Pay [$XX.XX] to finalize your purchase.

Step 6: Receive Confirmation and Invoice

• Once your payment is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message:

  "Thank You for Subscribing! Your subscription to Rayyan [Plan] is successful. An amount of $[X.XX] will be charged on [date]."

• An electronic invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 7: Enjoy Your Membership Benefits
Log in to your Rayyan account and start using your premium membership features immediately.
