Before you begin How you access your invoices depends on where your subscription was originally purchased. Web subscriptions are managed through the Rayyan Membership Portal. Mobile app subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play directly.

1. Web subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Rayyan website, your invoices are available directly from the Membership Portal.
- Sign in to your Rayyan account
- Click your avatar icon in the top right corner
- From the dropdown menu, click Your Subscription — this opens the Membership Portal in a new window
- In the left-hand menu, click Invoices
- Select All Invoices to view your full invoice history
- Click any invoice to view, download, forward, or print it
Note The Invoices section has two views — Outstanding Invoices (unpaid) and All Invoices (complete history). Select All Invoices to find previously paid invoices.
2. Mobile app subscriptions (iOS & Android)
If you subscribed through the Rayyan mobile app, invoices are managed through your app store account — not through Rayyan directly.

Important Rayyan Support cannot access or resend invoices for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. For billing documentation, please refer directly to your app store account or contact Apple or Google support.
Key reminders
- Web subscription invoices are found in the Rayyan Membership Portal under Invoices → All Invoices
- Mobile app invoices must be accessed through the Apple App Store or Google Play — Rayyan cannot provide these directly
