If you're not getting Rayyan emails (like confirmation, invites, or password reset), they might be going to your spam/junk folder, or being blocked by your email provider. Follow the steps below to whitelist Rayyan's email domain so that future emails arrive correctly.
✅ Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
- Open your email inbox
- Go to the Spam or Junk folder
- Search for @rayyan.ai emails
- If you find any, move them to your inbox and mark as “Not Spam”
✅ Step 2: Whitelist Rayyan Emails
👉 For Gmail Users:
- Open Gmail and click the ⚙️ gear icon (top-right)
- Click “See all settings”
- Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
- Click “Create a new filter”
- In the “From” field, type:
@rayyan.ai
- Click “Create filter”
- Check: ✅ “Never send it to Spam”
- Click “Create filter” again
Gmail will now always send Rayyan emails to your inbox.
👉 For Outlook Users:
- Go to your Outlook inbox
- Click the ⚙️ gear icon (top-right)
- Select “View all Outlook settings” (bottom of the sidebar)
- Go to Mail > Junk email
- Under “Safe senders and domains”, click “Add”
- Type:
rayyan.ai
and click Enter - Click Save
Rayyan emails will now be marked as safe.
❗Still not receiving Rayyan emails?
If you’ve followed the steps above and still aren’t receiving anything:
- Make sure your inbox isn’t full
- Double-check the email address you used with Rayyan
- Try resending the confirmation email:
