Not Receiving Emails from Rayyan? Here's How to Fix It (Whitelist Guide)

If you're not getting Rayyan emails (like confirmation, invites, or password reset), they might be going to your spam/junk folder, or being blocked by your email provider. Follow the steps below to whitelist Rayyan's email domain so that future emails arrive correctly.

✅ Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

• Open your email inbox
• Go to the Spam or Junk folder
• Search for @rayyan.ai emails
• If you find any, move them to your inbox and mark as “Not Spam”

✅ Step 2: Whitelist Rayyan Emails

👉 For Gmail Users:

1. Open Gmail and click the ⚙️ gear icon (top-right)
2. Click “See all settings”
3. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab
4. Click “Create a new filter”
5. In the “From” field, type: @rayyan.ai
6. Click “Create filter”
7. Check: ✅ “Never send it to Spam”
8. Click “Create filter” again

Gmail will now always send Rayyan emails to your inbox.

👉 For Outlook Users:

1. Go to your Outlook inbox
2. Click the ⚙️ gear icon (top-right)
3. Select “View all Outlook settings” (bottom of the sidebar)
4. Go to Mail > Junk email
5. Under “Safe senders and domains”, click “Add”
6. Type: rayyan.ai and click Enter
7. Click Save

Rayyan emails will now be marked as safe.

❗Still not receiving Rayyan emails?

If you’ve followed the steps above and still aren’t receiving anything:

• Make sure your inbox isn’t full
• Double-check the email address you used with Rayyan
• Try resending the confirmation email:
  👉 Request confirmation email again
