Can I recover a deleted review in Rayyan?

Accidentally deleted a review? We’ve got your back — in most cases!

🔁 Here's what you need to know:

Rayyan allows review recovery within 30 days of deletion — but this recovery process is available exclusively for members on a paid plan. As a membership-supported platform, this policy helps us maintain and support critical features like review recovery.

✅ Steps to Recover a Deleted Review:

1. Check the timeframe:
   Make sure the review was deleted within the past 30 days. Unfortunately, reviews deleted beyond that window may no longer be recoverable.

2. Upgrade your account:
   If you're on a free plan, you'll need to upgrade to a paid membership to enable recovery. You can compare plans and upgrade directly here.

3. Contact Rayyan Support:
   After upgrading, please submit a ticket or reply to your original request and let us know. Our engineering team will then do their best to recover your deleted review.

⚠️ Note: The sooner you reach out after deletion, the better the chances of a successful recovery.
