If You Still Have Access to Your Rayyan Account
If you still have access to your Rayyan account, the easiest way to change the email address is to log into your account and update your email in the settings.
How to Change Your Email Address:
- Log into your Rayyan account.
- Go to your profile settings.
- Update the email field with your new email address.
- Confirm your password.
- Save the changes.
Once updated, you can start using your new email address to access your Rayyan account.
If You Forgot the Password
If you no longer have access to the email associated with your Rayyan account and can't log in, we will need to confirm ownership of the account before we can proceed.
Here's What You Need to Do:
- Provide Proof of Ownership: You will need to provide proof that the account belongs to you. This can be done by sharing information such as:
- Any previously received emails from Rayyan
- Details about your reviews or projects
- Any other identifiable information linked to your account
- Once we confirm your ownership, we can assist by transferring your reviews to a new Rayyan account that you control.
After the review transfer is complete, you will be able to access your reviews under your new email address.
