We understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to the email address associated with your Rayyan account. For security reasons, we're unable to change the email address on your behalf. However, depending on your situation, here's what you can do:
🔑 If You Still Have Access to Your Rayyan Account
If you still have access to your Rayyan account, the easiest way to change your email address is through your account settings.
How to Change Your Email Address:

Log into your Rayyan account.

Go to your profile settings.

Update the email field with your new email address.

Confirm your password.
-
Save the changes.
Once updated, you'll be able to use your new email address to access your Rayyan account!
❌ If You Forgot the Password
If you’ve lost access to the email associated with your Rayyan account and can’t log in, we’ll need to confirm the ownership of your account before we can proceed with making changes.
Here's What You Need to Do:

Provide Proof of Ownership:
You’ll need to confirm that the account belongs to you. You can do this by sharing any of the following:-
Any previously received emails from Rayyan

Details about your reviews or projects

Any other identifiable information linked to your account

Once we’ve confirmed your ownership, we can assist you by transferring your reviews to a new Rayyan account that you control.
After the transfer is complete, you’ll be able to access your reviews under your new email address!
