What Should I Do If My Review Is Missing or Archived?

No worries — your data is always safe with Rayyan. If a review seems to have disappeared, it’s likely just archived due to inactivity (30+ days), not deleted.

🔍 Step 1: Check Your Archived Reviews

Archived reviews are now super easy to find — as soon as you log in, you’ll see two sections on your dashboard:

✅ Active Reviews (top)
📦 Archived Reviews (bottom)

If your review is listed under Archived, simply click the Restore icon next to it.

⏳ It may take up to 24 hours for the review to become active again — thank you for your patience!

❗ Still Can’t Find It?

If the review isn't listed in either section:

💡 Pro Tip: To avoid automatic archiving, make sure to open each review at least once every 30 days.
