If your review seems to be missing from your dashboard, don’t panic — in most cases, it’s still safe and sound. This guide will walk you through the most common reasons a review might not appear, and how to fix it.
🔎 Step 1: Check If It’s Archived
If your review has been inactive for 30 days or more, it may have been automatically archived.
How to check:

Log in to Rayyan.

Scroll down your dashboard — you’ll see a section labeled Archived Reviews.

Click the green restore icon beside the review you want to reactivate.
💡 Restoring a review may take up to 24 hours to complete.

🧹 Step 2: Double-Check You're Using the Right Account
If you use multiple emails (university, work, personal), the review might be tied to another account. Log out and try logging in with another email you may have used.
📨 Step 3: Were You Invited to a Review?
If you were invited to a shared review:

Make sure you've accepted the invitation.

Double-check that you're logged in with the same email the invitation was sent to.

Check your Archived Reviews section — invited reviews can also be archived!

🗑 Step 4: Was the Review Deleted?
Accidents happen! If you deleted the review, don’t worry — we might be able to recover it within 30 days.
To request recovery:

Upgrade your account to a paid membership.

Contact us with the review title and approximate deletion date.

If you’ve gone through all the steps and still can’t find your review:

Try clearing your browser cache or logging in from an incognito/private window.

Double-check your internet connection.
