Have you been invited to a review but can’t find it on your Rayyan dashboard? Don’t worry — let’s walk through what’s likely going on and how to get you back on track.
✅ Step 1: Did You Already Have a Rayyan Account?
If you already had a Rayyan account before the invite, and the invitation was sent to your registered email:
➡️ The shared review should appear automatically under the Active Reviews section on your homepage as soon as you log in.
💌 Step 2: You Didn’t Have a Rayyan Account Before?
No problem! If you got invited but hadn’t signed up yet, here’s what happens:

Rayyan automatically creates an account using the email that received the invitation.

You’ll get a confirmation email prompting you to complete your account setup.

Once you finish setting up the account and log in with that email, the shared review will be waiting for you right on your homepage under Active Reviews.
🔍 Still Can’t Find the Review?
If it’s not showing up:

Double-check the email address used to send the invite.

Try searching under your Archived Reviews.

Make sure you’ve fully set up your Rayyan account (especially if this is your first time using it).

Try logging in using the magic link from the invitation email again.
