The Rayyan community is where you ask questions, share workflows, and discuss systematic review methodology with other researchers. This article covers how to write and publish your first post.
Before you post, sign in to your Rayyan account and search the community — someone may have already posted about the same thing, and the conversation may already have what you need.
Choose the right topic
The community has two topics. Picking the right one helps the right people find your post:
- Questions & Discussions — for questions about Rayyan or systematic reviews, methodology conversations, workflow tips, and looking for collaborators.
- Feature Suggestions — for product feedback, feature ideas, and suggestions for what Rayyan should do next.
If you are not sure which topic fits, post in Questions & Discussions. Moderators can move posts to the right topic if needed.
Write your post
- Open the Rayyan community and select the topic that fits your post.
- Click New post.
- Enter a clear, specific title. Treat it like a search query — what would another researcher type to find this?
- Write the body. Include context about your review, what you have already tried, and what you are trying to achieve.
- Click Submit.
Check the pinned posts before you post
Each topic has pinned posts at the top with guidance for that space. In Questions & Discussions, the Looking for Collaborators thread is the right place to post if you are searching for collaborators or offering your skills — comment there instead of starting a new post.
What happens after you post
Other community members and Rayyan admins can reply to your post. You will receive a notification each time someone responds. When a reply answers your question or contributes something useful, upvote it so future readers can spot helpful replies quickly.
