If a review has disappeared from your Rayyan home page, it is most likely archived. Work through the checks below.
Check your archived reviews
Reviews that have not been accessed by any member for 30 days are automatically archived. Scroll down your dashboard to the Archived Reviews section. If the review is there, click the Restore icon to reactivate it — subject to your active review limit. Restoring a review may take up to 24 hours to complete.
Check you are signed in with the right account
If you use multiple email addresses — university, work, or personal — the review may be tied to a different account. Sign out and try signing in with another email you may have used when creating the review.
Were you invited to the review?
If you were invited to a shared review, make sure you accepted the invitation and that you are signed in with the email the invitation was sent to. Invited reviews can also be archived — check the Archived Reviews section for these as well.
The review may have been deleted
If the review does not appear in either active or archived reviews, it may have been permanently deleted. Deleted reviews may be recoverable within 30 days — contact Rayyan Support with the review title and approximate deletion date as soon as possible.
Still can't find it?
Try clearing your browser cache, using an incognito or private window, or logging in from another device. If none of these work, submit a support request and include as much detail as possible about the review.
