Before you begin Review recovery is only possible if the review was deleted within the past 30 days and your account is on a paid plan. Free plan users must upgrade before requesting recovery. See Rayyan Pricing.
If you accidentally deleted a review, Rayyan may be able to recover it. The sooner you contact Support after deletion, the better the chances of a successful recovery — do not wait.
How to request recovery
- Confirm the review was deleted within the last 30 days. Reviews deleted beyond that window may no longer be recoverable.
- If you are on a free plan, upgrade to a paid plan first — review recovery is not available on free accounts.
- Submit a support request and include the review title and the approximate deletion date.
- The Rayyan engineering team will do their best to recover the review and confirm the outcome.
Important Contact Support immediately after realizing the review was deleted. The sooner the request is submitted, the higher the chance of a successful recovery.
