Change your email address
If your Rayyan account is linked to an institutional email, update it to a personal email before you lose access. See Login and Account Access for steps.
Transfer your reviews
To transfer reviews to another account, contact Rayyan Support. Review transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the account types involved. Enterprise users should contact their dedicated Rayyan account representative.
Best practice Take care of both at least two weeks before your institutional email is deactivated.
