The Data Extraction export is separate from your reference export. It generates a CSV file where each row represents one article. The download link is sent to your email and posted in Review Chat.
How to export
- Go to the Data extraction tab.
- To export a subset, apply a filter first — for example, filter by Completed to export only fully answered articles.
- Click Export in the toolbar.
- Choose All or Filtered and click Export.
- The file is generated and the download link is sent to your email and posted in Review Chat.
What the export file contains
The CSV contains standard reference metadata columns plus a PDF files column (showing the name of any attached PDF) and one column per extraction question. Question columns are named using the format [question ID]-[column title] — for example, 14-population, 15-Intervention?. Questions with lower IDs were created earlier.
In collaborative reviews, each collaborator's answers appear in separate columns. After all unmatched answers are resolved, all collaborators' answers should be identical.
