Before you begin This article covers Individual plan subscribers. If you are on an Institutional plan, contact your Rayyan account representative directly for invoices and billing documentation. For Individual plans, how you access invoices depends on where your subscription was originally purchased — Rayyan web, Apple App Store, or Google Play.
Rayyan web
- Sign in to your Rayyan account and click your avatar in the top right.
- From the dropdown, select your name.
- In Account Details, click Manage Membership.
- Navigate to Invoices to view your billing history. If you don't see a specific invoice, look for a filter or view toggle to show all past invoices.
- Click any invoice to view, download, forward, or print it.
- Need to update the billing details on an invoice? You can edit it directly in the portal. If the option is not available, contact Rayyan Support with the invoice number and the changes needed.
Apple App Store (iOS)
- Open the App Store and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Purchased or Account Settings.
- Find your Rayyan purchase to view receipt details.
Google Play (Android)
- Open Google Play and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find your Rayyan purchase to view receipt details.
Important Rayyan Support cannot access or resend invoices for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Contact Apple or Google support directly for those.
