How to Invite/Add Collaborators for my Systematic Review in Rayyan? (Rayyan Beta)

Rayyan allows researchers to collaborate around the globe on systematic reviews. It takes about 30 seconds to add a new reviewer (for free) to your review. In this article we will walk you through the two methods you can use to invite Collaborators to your review.

Invite Collaborators When Creating a New Review

1. Sign in to your Rayyan account
2. Create a new review
3. Upload your references
4. Invite your Collaborators
5. List the emails of the Collaborators, separated by commas
6. Click Invite

Invite Collaborators Within an Ongoing Review

1. Sign in to your Rayyan account
2. Navigate to the review you would like to invite collaborators to
3. Click on the (...) appearing next to the title of the review
4. Click on Invite Member
5. Invite your collaborators
