Basic Article Information
key: Unique identifier for each article (e.g., "rayyan-290226749")
title: Full title of the research paper
year/month/day: Publication date components
journal: Name of the journal where published
issn: International Standard Serial Number for the journal
volume/issue/pages: Publication details within the journal
Author and Publication Details
authors: Complete list of authors
url: Link to the article (e.g. PubMed URL)
language: Publication language (e.g., "eng" for English)
publisher: Publishing company
location: Geographic location information (if any)
Content Information
abstract: Full abstract text of the research paper
keywords: Subject keywords/MeSH terms for the article
doi: Digital Object Identifier for citation purposes
Database Identifiers
pubmed_id: PubMed database identifier number
pmc_id: PubMed Central identifier (if available)
PDF files: Name of associated PDF file
Review Management (Rayyan-specific)
notes: Contains review decisions, labels, and detailed evaluation notes including:
RAYYAN-INCLUSION: Reviewer decisions ("Included", etc.)
RAYYAN-LABELS: Tags applied (FT, Extract, Included with FT, RP Screener: Include)
USER-NOTES: Detailed reviewer notes with evaluation criteria, reasoning, and decision rationale
Data Extraction Fields (Data Extraction Questions)
