Help Center Mode is the built-in support assistant inside ResearchPilot™, available to all Rayyan users. Ask it any question about Rayyan in natural language — it responds with a direct answer and links to the most relevant Help Center articles, all without leaving your review. It supports multiple languages.
How to use Help Center Mode
- Click Chat with ResearchPilot™ on the left side of your review.
- Select the Help Center tab.
- Type your question in the chat input and press send.
- ResearchPilot™ responds with an answer and links to relevant Help Center articles for more detail.
Note Help Center Mode answers questions about Rayyan features and workflows — not about your research content or articles. To ask questions about your imported articles, use Review Articles Mode.
What to ask
Help Center Mode is designed for questions about how Rayyan works — features, settings, workflows, and terminology. For example:
- How do I resolve screening conflicts?
- What is the difference between a label and an exclusion reason?
- How do I invite a collaborator?
Best practice Ask one specific question at a time for the most focused answer. "How do I resolve conflicts?" produces a more useful response than "Tell me everything about collaboration."
