Available Roles

Team Admin: Similar to the owner but cannot delete the team, update capacity, or invite other admins.

Team Collaborator: Can access and contribute to Team Reviews.

Team Viewer: Has view-only access to Team Reviews.
Steps to Change a Team Member’s Role
Step 1: Access Team Management

Navigate to the left-hand side menu.

Under the Teams section, locate the Team where the member is assigned.
Step 2: Open Team Settings

Click on the (...) (more options) next to the team name.

From the dropdown menu, select Manage Team.
Step 3: Update the Member’s Role

Locate the team member whose role you want to change.

Select the new role from the available options.
Step 4: Instant Role Update

The member’s role will be instantly updated, and their new permissions will take effect immediately.
