Rayyan Teams plans (Pro Team and Teams+) allow team owners to share premium features with multiple users under one subscription. Any member added to the team will automatically receive premium access and be included in any Team Review created under the team.

Licensing & Seats
The base plan includes 2 seats total (Owner + 1 member).

Each additional purchased seat increases total capacity.
Example:Base (2 seats) → Owner + 1 member
+1 extra seat (3 seats) → Owner + 2 members
+2 extra seats (4 seats) → Owner + 3 members

Team Member Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Team Admin | Same access as owner except: cannot delete the team, update seat capacity, or assign Admin roles. |
| Team Collaborator | Can access and contribute to all Team Reviews. |
| Team Viewer | View-only access to Team Reviews. |
How to Add Members to Your Team
Step 1 — Open Team Management
Log into Rayyan
Select Manage Teams from the left menu
Step 2 — Invite a Member
You will land on the Members tab.
Click Invite Member.
Step 3 — Configure Member Access
For each invite:
Enter the member’s email address
If using Teams+, select the relevant team
Assign a role: Admin / Collaborator / Viewer
Once sent, the user is immediately added to the team.
What Happens After You Invite Someone?
The member is activated automatically — no acceptance required.
Premium features apply to their personal Rayyan account.
They can use these features in Team Reviews and their own reviews.
If the person you invite does not already have a Rayyan account:
Rayyan will automatically create one for them by sending a confirmation email. Once they complete their account setup, they will immediately gain access to the team and all assigned privileges.
