Managing a team in Rayyan allows you to collaborate effectively on systematic reviews. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you create, invite, and manage your team members.
Creating a Team
Navigate to Teams: If you're the team owner, access the left-side menu and select Teams, then click on View All.
Initiate Team Creation: Click on Create Team.
Name Your Team: Provide a title for your team when prompted.
Manage and Invite Members
- After creating the team, you can manage and invite members.
- Click on the team name to view it, then either click Invite Members or the icon next to the team details to initiate invitations.
Assign Roles:
- As a team owner, you can invite members with different roles: Admin, Collaborator, or Viewer.
- Admins have nearly the same permissions as owners but can't delete the team, update the team's capacity, or invite other admins.
To invite members:
- Enter the email addresses of the users you wish to invite.
- Assign them the desired role.
Members will gain access to all team reviews based on their assigned roles.
Managing Team Members
Remove or Modify Members:
Click on the settings icon to Manage Team.
To remove a member, click on the delete icon next to their details. You can also adjust a member's role from this menu.
Additional Information
Dynamic Members: Team reviews are owned by the team itself, making members dynamic. Adding or removing members won't impact these reviews.
