Rayyan offers Teams subscriptions (Pro Team and Teams+), allowing team owners to grant premium feature access to multiple members. Each team member added will automatically join any Team Review created under the team.
Understanding Team Memberships

Team owners must purchase licensed seats for each additional member. Refer to the Pricing Page for details.

Team members can be assigned one of the following roles:

Team Admin: Has similar permissions as the owner but cannot delete the team, update capacity, or invite other admins.

Team Collaborator: Can access and contribute to Team Reviews.

Team Viewer: Has view-only access to Team Reviews.

Steps to Add Team Members
Step 1: Access the Team Management Dashboard
Once the membership is activated, the team owner should log in and navigate to the Team Management Dashboard found in the left-hand side menu under the Teams section.
Step 2: Open the Members Section
Click on the Members tab to manage team members.
Step 3: Invite Members
Click Invite Members to start adding team members to occupy the purchased seats.
Step 4: Add Team Members
For each team member:

Enter their email address.

If Teams+ is purchased, select the appropriate team.

Assign their role (Admin, Collaborator, or Viewer).
Note: If you purchased 2 additional seats, the subscription capacity will be 3 members (including the owner), allowing you to invite 2 additional members.
Step 5: Member Activation
Once invited:

The member will be instantly added to the team.

They will gain access to premium features on their own account.

These features will be available in both Team Reviews and individually owned reviews.
