How to Change a Member's Role in Rayyan

In Rayyan, you can easily change the role of a member within a review to control their level of access and participation. Follow the steps below to modify a member's role:

1. Access the Review: Log in to Rayyan and select the review you want to modify.
2. Go to Review Members: Once in the Overview page, look for the Review Members section.
3. Choose the Member: Click on the current role of the member you want to change.
4. Select New Role: From the drop-down menu, choose the new role (Reviewer, Collaborator, or Viewer). The role will update automatically. 

Note: Only users on a paid plan can assign the Collaborator role. This option is unavailable for free accounts unless upgraded.
