How to Change Your Rayyan Login Email

Changing the email address you use to sign in to Rayyan is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Sign in to Rayyan
Log in using your current email and password.

Step 2: Access Account Settings
Navigate to the top-right corner of the page and click on the account icon.

Step 3: Update Your Email Address
In the account settings, enter your new email address and confirm your current password. Then, click Save. You will receive a confirmation email shortly at your old email address.

Step 4: Confirm Your New Email
Open the confirmation email sent to your old email address and click the link to verify your new email address.

Important Notes:

• Active Subscription: If your current email is associated with an active subscription, you won’t be able to change your email directly. Please contact our support team for assistance with managing your subscription.
• Issues Signing In? If you encounter problems signing in, click on the "Forgot your password?" option. Rayyan will send you a password reset email. Follow the instructions to regain access.
