Before you beginKeyboard shortcuts are available in both the Screening and Full-text screening stages. Default shortcuts work on all plans. Customizing shortcuts — changing, resetting, or assigning them to labels and exclusion reasons as hotkeys — is available on Essential and higher plans.
Using keyboard shortcuts instead of clicking the decision buttons can significantly reduce the time spent per reference — especially in reviews with thousands of articles. You can open the shortcuts panel in two ways: click the keyboard icon in the top right corner of the interface, or press V on your keyboard.

How to change a shortcut
Open the shortcuts panel (keyboard icon or press V), click the shortcut you want to change, enter your desired key or key combination, and click Save. To reset all shortcuts to their defaults, click Reset Shortcuts in the upper right of the panel. Customizing and resetting shortcuts are available on Essential and higher plans.
How to assign hotkeys to labels and exclusion reasons
You can assign hotkeys to specific labels and exclusion reasons — especially useful if you use the same few options repeatedly. To assign a hotkey to an exclusion reason: click Reason in the decision bar, find the reason, click the hotkey box next to it, enter your key, and click Save. For a label: click Label, find the label, click its hotkey box, enter your key, and click Save. Assigning hotkeys to labels and exclusion reasons is available on Essential and higher plans.
