Confirm Your Email Address

This article covers how to confirm your email after signing up, and what to do if you are not receiving emails from Rayyan.

How to confirm your email

1. Open your inbox and find the email from Rayyan
2. Click the confirmation link inside the email
3. You will be redirected to complete your account setup

How to resend the confirmation email

1. Go to the Rayyan sign-in page
2. Click Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?
3. Enter your email address and submit

You can also go directly to this link to request a new confirmation email.

Check your spam folder

1. Open your spam or junk folder
2. Search for emails from @rayyan.ai
3. If you find one, move it to your inbox and mark it as Not Spam

Whitelist Rayyan emails — Gmail

1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon, then See all settings
2. Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses
3. Click Create a new filter
4. In the From field, type @rayyan.ai
5. Click Create filter, select Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again

Whitelist Rayyan emails — Outlook

1. Open Outlook and click the gear icon, then View all Outlook settings
2. Go to Mail > Junk email
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
4. Type rayyan.ai, press Enter, then click Save

When to contact support

If you have followed all the steps above and are still not receiving emails, submit a support ticket with the email address you used to sign up and a brief description of the issue.
