How to Confirm Your Email Address – Rayyan Help Center

This article covers how to confirm your email after signing up, and what to do if you are not receiving emails from Rayyan.

How to confirm your email

Open your inbox and find the email from Rayyan
Click the confirmation link inside the email
You will be redirected to complete your account setup

Note Your account cannot be fully activated until your email is confirmed. Without this step, you cannot complete your profile or start using Rayyan.

How to resend the confirmation email

Go to the Rayyan sign-in page
Click Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?
Enter your email address and submit

You can also go directly to this link to request a new confirmation email.

Check your spam folder

Open your spam or junk folder
Search for emails from @rayyan.ai
If you find one, move it to your inbox and mark it as Not Spam

Whitelist Rayyan emails — Gmail

Open Gmail and click the gear icon, then See all settings
Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses
Click Create a new filter
In the From field, type @rayyan.ai
Click Create filter, select Never send it to Spam, then click Create filter again

Whitelist Rayyan emails — Outlook

Open Outlook and click the gear icon, then View all Outlook settings
Go to Mail > Junk email
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add
Type rayyan.ai, press Enter, then click Save

When to contact support

If you have followed all the steps above and are still not receiving emails, submit a support ticket with the email address you used to sign up and a brief description of the issue.

Key reminders

Email confirmation is required — your account is not active until you click the link
If the email is missing, check spam first, then request a new link
Whitelisting @rayyan.ai ensures future emails — invitations, password resets, notifications — reach your inbox
