Copy references/articles from one review to another

1. On the screening page, use the Filters workbench on the right to select the subset of articles you want to copy. You can filter by inclusion to copy only your Included, Excluded, or Maybe articles. You can also use Rayyan's NLP-enabled search.

 

2. Locate the Review Settings at the top right of the toolbar (represented by "..."). 

3. Select Copy from the dropdown menu.

 

 

Note Only the original article information will be copied which does not include further customizations like labels, exclusion reasons, include/exclude decisions, PDF full-text or user notes.

 

 

4. In the Copy options box:

  • Select Filtered to copy your filtered dataset, or All to copy all of the review articles.
  • You have the option to create a new review directly from the copy prompt for the copied articles.
  • Choose the target review that you want to copy the articles to from the list of all reviews.

5. Click Copy

You will then see the following message:

Your articles will be copied to the target review. You can either close the tab or click "Proceed" to be directed to the review where the articles have been added."

 

 

Note With the free and Student Subscription, you are limited to having 3 active reviews at once. To gain permission and access more than 3 reviews, you will need to upgrade your account.
