Rayyan allows you to easily copy references or articles from one review to another, enabling seamless organization and collaboration. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to copy your references:
Step 1: Select the Subset of Articles to Copy
- Go to the Screening page of your review.
- Use the Filters workbench on the right side to filter the articles you want to copy. You can filter by inclusion criteria to select only Included, Excluded, or Maybe articles.
- Additionally, you can use Rayyan’s NLP-enabled search to refine your selection.
Step 2: Locate the Review Settings
- In the toolbar at the top right, click on the Review Settings icon (represented by an ellipsis "…").
Step 3: Select "Copy" from the Dropdown Menu
- In the dropdown menu, select Copy to initiate the process of copying articles.
Note: Only the original article information will be copied. This includes basic details like titles and references, but does not include any customizations such as: Labels, Exclusion Reasons, Include/Exclude or Maybe decisions, PDF Full-Text, and User Notes.
Step 4: Choose Copy Options
- In the Copy options box, you can choose:
- Filtered to copy only the articles that meet your filtered criteria (i.e., Included, Excluded, Maybe, or Filtered articles).
- All References to copy all the articles from the current review.
Step 5: Select the Target Review
- You can create a new review directly from this prompt, or select an existing review from the list of your active reviews to copy the articles to.
Step 6: Click "Copy"
- Once you’ve selected your target review, click Copy.
- You will then see the following message:
- "Copying in progress. View status in your selected review. Only original article data is being copied, excluding custom labels, decisions, full-texts, and notes."
Note:
- Free and Student subscriptions are limited to having only 3 active reviews at once.
- To access more than 3 active reviews, you will need to upgrade your account.
