can't reach my account why ?

Dear Rayyan Community,

Is anyone else experiencing problems accessing their Rayyan account today? Whenever I try to log in, I receive the error message “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.”

My internet connection is working normally, so I am not sure whether the issue is with Rayyan or only with my account. Please let me know if you are experiencing the same problem.

  The problem I encountered is displayed in the screenshot. It seems there might be something wrong with the website.

  Similar problem for me. Once I log in, the page is just blank and I cannot do anything. I've tried everything they listed on the support page incl. incognito window, erasing cookies, different browser etc.

  i cannot access my account, whenever I log in the screen goes blank
