This could be a browser issue. Check your browser compatibility at the bottom of sign in/sign up screen, or directly visiting https://rayyan.ai/check and make sure your current browser configurations are supported by Rayyan. Try using a different web browser (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc) or updating your browser if it is not compatible.
