Can I Add/Remove Keywords for Include/Exclude in Rayyan?

To manage your keywords for inclusion or exclusion in Rayyan, follow the steps below:

Removing Keywords

1. Navigate to the Filters Workbench in Your Review:

   • Open your review and go to the Filters Workbench.
     

2. Select Keywords:

   • From the list of Keywords for Include/Exclude, select the keywords you wish to delete by checking the box next to each keyword, or you can select all keywords.

3. Delete Selected Keywords:

   • Click on the trash icon to delete the selected keywords.
     
   • Confirm your selection by clicking on "Delete" to remove the keywords.
     

Adding Keywords

4. Add Keywords:

   • Click on the "+" icon appearing next to the facet's title.
     
   • Enter your keywords, separating each keyword with a comma.
   • Click on "Add" to add your custom keywords.
     

5. Confirm Added Keywords:

   • Check that your custom keywords have been added.
   • The numbers next to the keywords will show how many articles the keywords are found in.
