If you are working on a collaborative review and you want to only screen or review articles based on whether they've already been screened/reviewed by others, you can use the "at least/at most" filters. It will help you find only articles that have been reviewed (with include/exclude decision made) by a specific range of other people.
These filters are particularly valuable when you're in the blind on phase of your review.
If you filter by the decision "Included" and "at most 2 collaborators," this will show you all articles that are included by 2, 1 or no collaborators at all. You can apply this for any decision and reverse it "at least 1", and so on.
For example, if you want to work on articles that have no decisions, you'd select "at most 0 collaborators".
The Rayyan Tutorial below covers this topic at the 8:15 mark.
