Trouble loading reviews
HI after logging in website is not downloading the reviews. Kindly let me know how to trouble shoot this

I am unable to reproduce this issue on my side. Do you mind sharing the errors that appear on your browser's console. To do so, please follow these steps in Chrome:
1- Open the Console by clicking on: F12 or Ctrl + Shift + J (Cmd + Option + J on Mac)2- Click on Console tab
3- Go to https://rayyan.ai/users/sign_in
4- Sign in
Do you see any errors logged in the console?

Iza, I had the exact same view after I logged in to Rayyan. I was able to solve the problem by updating my computer's software. Please, feel free to try it if your software is out of date.
And Hadeel, thank you for your suggestions even though my problem was solved the other way!

Hi - i was also able to finally get around it by using Microsoft Edge (rather than Chrome or Firefox), thanks to the Hadeel suggestion!
