App stops downloads of reviews after a few percents

I want do download a review in the app. When I start it it downloads for a few seconds and then the bar does not progress after that. I don't have internet connection problems and neither did I work on the review on other devices at the same time. What can I do?

  Hi I have the same problem. It doesnt load, stays at 0%. It is a large review, perhaps this has something to do with it? Can you help why it doesnt load?
