    Great news! As an update, we want to let you know that the inclusion decision tab issue has been resolved. You should now be able to access it without any problems.

    I have the same issue and I'd really like to have it back as it is much easier to do the review by using those filters.

    Hi Hadeel, the problem was fixed for a while but now it seems that the section is missing again. I also keep getting a message: Error connecting to Rayyan. Please check your Internet connection. If the Internet is working well, then there are temporary issues blocking access to Rayyan servers. Please reload this page in a couple of minutes. If the problem persists contact us from the help button in the bottom right and mention this request number: cdd42ab5-5b0d-4e2f-9c1e-ff9ee333624e

    Today I seem to be having the same problem - no inclusion/ exclusion filter button on the left hand side - it literally just disappeared?

    Workbench facets can be moved and minimized. Please scroll down as the box might have been moved to the bottom. If you still can't find the box, please try refreshing the page.

    I'd tried logging in/ out and refreshing but it hadn't worked. But I've not used it for a few days and it seems to have corrected itself and back to normal. Thanks very much.

    I'm having the same issue as well. Clearing the cache and the cookies or accessing the review page from a private window or incognito mode did not solve the problem

    I am having the same challenge. the inclusion panel is showing on my mobile but has disappeared on my laptop. this is frustrating .
