Rename or add info to review?

I'd like to be able to rename existing reviews - one has typos, and the other has work in it that the review name does not reflect.  I am the owner of both. Is this possible? 

Also, is it possible to add notes or a description to a review after it has been set up?  I see the option when creating a new review, but don't see how to get to it again.  Thanks.

  With a Rayyan Teams membership, it is possible to change the name of reviews and their descriptions. Please have a look at the membership options and let us know if you need any assistance switching to a Rayyan Teams membership: https://ryn.ai/memberships. You can also manage reviews, searches, teams and full-texts. You can create as many sub-teams as you like, and assign others roles over those teams in case you are part of a research group. It is particularly helpful to groups that want to retain institutional history of reviews, and not have to handle people leaving or joining a review team without having to worry about who owns the review projects.
