    I'm having the same problem. Do you know what to do? I log in several times, refresh constantly and even try a VPN or other Internet connection. Nothing solve it

    I have the same problem, is something happened with rayyan? I thought it caused by me taking the blind off, but no, and I thought maybe I accidentally deleted it, but no, can someone able to reach out to rayyan team please? Is it automatically disappear when we reaching the end of review?

    The solution is to contact Rayyan help and send a ticket, as far as I know this kinda problem couldnt be solved by user, it comes from Rayyan server

    Same problem here and not able to fix it. Contacted the support center and received a message that it could be up to 14 days before I can expect a response.
