- Select Filtered to export your filtered dataset, or All to export all of the review articles.
- Select the format to export the articles in: RefMan, BibTeX, EndNote or CSV.

You will then see the following message:
5. Rayyan will generate an export file that is downloadable from any device via a link sent to your email. Click on the link to download your zip file.
The downloaded zip file will contain the exported references (articles file) and the customizations (customizations_log file). The articles file will have Rayyan-specific information (decisions, labels and exclusion reasons) appended to the notes field of each record. The customization file will include the history of all customizations done on the review and is helpful in tracking all actions.
Each action in the log file is logged with timestamp, user email, article ID and details of the action. The value after the included key determines the decision on the article (-1 exclude/ 0 maybe/ 1 include). While for labels/reasons, the key will be the label/reason and the value will show whether this label/reason was added (1), or deleted.
