If you are working on a collaborative review and you want to only screen or review articles based on whether they've already been screened/reviewed by others, you can use the "at least/at most" filters. These filters will help you find articles with at least or at most a certain number of include or exclude decisions made by your review team. These filters are particularly valuable when you're in the blind on phase of your review and want to limit decisions to a certain number per reference. It also is helpful in allowing reviewers to work on any random set of references without exceeding the number of decisions you require for each reference.
If you filter by "at most 2 collaborators," this will show you all articles that have 2, 1 or no decisions. You can apply this in the reverse using "at least 1", and so on. For example, if you want to work on articles that have no decisions, you'd select "at most 0". Please note, Rayyan ignores "Maybe" as a decision type for the purposes of calculating minimum / maximum collaborator decisions. Only include or exclude count as decisions.
The Rayyan Tutorial below covers this topic at the 8:15 mark.
