How to Remove Labels or Exclusion Reasons in Rayyan

If you have applied a reason or label with a typo, or if you have mistakenly assigned a reason or label that you wish to remove, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Filters Workbench.
   
   
   
2. Scroll down to locate the Exclusion Reason facet.
3. Select the reason or label you wish to remove from the list.
   
   
   
4. Select all the articles in your review that were assigned the chosen reason or label. 
5. Choose Reason from the Options Menu.
   
   
   
6. Uncheck the reason or label you wish to remove from the list.
7. Click Apply to save your changes.
